prime location helpful staff stylish room breakfast quality spa unavailability pool noise

the hotel location is PERFECT, right in the town centre and facing the water. staff were really nice and always ready to help, mostly at reception. our room was exactly what i wanted it to be, stylish but still comfy.

unfortunately, the continental breakfast felt a bit cheap. i was expecting a cooked breakfast to be included, especially given the price. some of the spa facilities were also out of service, a disappointment for sure. kids were also a bit too lively in the pool when i was hoping to relax.

The location offered really good views of the estuary. the spa provided a relaxing experience with great facilities! the room included a comfortable bed. the staff were attentive and the location felt very exclusive. I particularly appreciated the views.

The breakfast was quite basic. It was a continental selection.

My room, a double room estuary view balcony, offered really good views. I could see the estuary clearly. the on-site parking was very convenient, especially since the streets are narrow. the staff in the restaurant were attentive during breakfast.
